Gareth Joel

Our son is named Gareth Joel. We chose Gareth because he was the gentle "kitchen" knight (gentle, a quality we like, and the kitchen where food is made, we love to eat) from King Arthur's round table. Gareth's father is a ph.D. in medieval literature, hence the connection. Joel we've always liked since it simply states that Yahweh is God.
